Our neighbors have been hosting a block Weenie Roast (Halloweenie) for the last 3 years. Here are some photos from that fun and silly night. Dave was working so he missed the roast as well as our annual Halloween Carving at Grammy and Grampy's =(

Pumpkin Carving....

Grampy carved this awesome Eagles pumpkin for Davin. Addy created this great fanged pumpkin out of tooth picks and mom traced a spooky witch. We had a great time carving pumpkins, but really felt a void without Landon there to be a part of the action. We know he was there with us in spirit.

Halloween Night 2011

All in costume and ready to hit the streets for some treats. . Addy is Kora from Tron Legacy, Dave and I as Marge and Hommer, complete with bratty son Bart. Hadley is Dorthy from Wizard of Oz and Campbell is the cutest little princess Belle. I couldn't help but think about Landon that night and wonder what he would've been for Halloween this year.

" I dare you... to skateboard to Krusty Burger.. and Back... NAAAAKED" Said in a raspy Homer voice...

We were trying to convince Dave, this needed to be his saying for the night, but it was a no go.

Chewy (Uncle Ry) and Dorthy (Hadley). The kids in our neighborhood, go crazy over Uncle Ryan's Chewbaca costume.Kids are either terrified of him or they want to come over and hug him.He loves to jump out and scare people and he even took a little spin on Dave's beach cruiser around the neighborhood, that is until he had to come back and we had to cut him off of Dave's bike, since his hair was caught in the pedals. Good times.
