More happenings, that already happened

July is the month that we usually take our annual trip to Utah to see the family and this year it was no different. The only difference was we weren't there for the Fourth of July...(Bummer) Instead we went towards the end of July. We packed up the van and the trusty old DVD player and made the trek to Good 'ol Utah. I actually really enjoy the drive as long as we do it during the day so we can see all the pretty scenery.

One of the must do and sees  was to go to the Salt Lake REAl soccer stadium. Davin had just finished his season of soccer so he was super excited to try and go to a real professional game. Unfortunately there weren't any regular games scheduled for the week we were there:( So we had to settle for just going to see the stadium. We did see some of the actual players show up for a practice while we were there, so that counted right?? Some day we will get Davin to an actual game.

One of the days we were there we  took a scenic drive through the canyons and had a picnic and took in the beautiful mountains.Aunt Holly found a great little spot that had a waterfall and a little kids playground for the kids. Love the UTAH mountains!!

Not sure, why Dave wasn't in this picture.

Davin and Tanner

Berkley is always so cute and ready to pose for the camera.

Here is the huge tree in front of Nama's house that Addy decided to climb. I wish I had a good picture, so you could see how high she actually was. I was a little scared watching her climb.

Another fun adventure we had was a little trip to the splash pad with Naomi's little girls, Ella and Rylee. We took a little detour on the way to tour the "Up" house from the Disney movie "UP". We weren't able to go inside because it wasn't open, but it was fun to see from the outside. Naomi said they even had the walls painted with the murals from the movie too. Wish we would've seen them.

We spent lots of time with family, playing in Nama's Back yard playing cards and we had a little baking session with the girls since we were all craving the infamous sugar cookies.

Dave had to give Brandon a little lesson in CROSS FIT. Too funny to watch these two!
Monopoly Deal, the Card game... ENOUGH SAID......

Naomi and Chris also blessed our new little Niece Annyston while we were in Utah. It was such a special experience and so amazing to hear Chris bless this new special little girl. Needless to say there wasn't a dry eye in church.
Addy snuggling little Annie
Addyson loves to hang out with her oldest cousin Violet. Violet is so sweet and such a great friend to all the cousins even though she is so much older. Wish I could clone Violet!!

The Lange Family and Baby Annie

A rare Family Picture. Only Kyle and Hailey are missing. Kyle was there, just not sure why he wasn't in this picture.

All the Crausby grand kids, minus one little lady, Hailey.

Proud Uncle Kyle
The original 5crazy Crausby kids. Our poor mom!

Another proud uncle moment.
These pictures of Hadley, were too funny not to share. She was at aunt Holly's house and fell asleep on her couch and this is what she woke up looking like. She must've been dreaming that she was driving through a wind tunnel!! That is some crazy hair!!

One of the other highlights from our Utah trip, was taking the kids to Lagoon. Some of my favorite memories as a kid were made there and I want my kids to be able to have some of the same. This was the first time Hadley had been to Lagoon and the first time all of the kids were old enough and tall enough to go on all the big rides. Hadley won the award for the bravest Dare Devil of our bunch. She wanted to go on all the big roller coaster and begged to go on the craziest one of all called WICKED about 4 times. We all had a blast and Hadley woke up the next morning with a little whiplash and a huge bruise on her leg, but she said it was all worth it!!
Here we are on our way into the Terror Ride at Lagoon. It is our tradition to go into the Haunted House first once we get to the park! Doesn't Violet looked SCURRED!!
